Delivery Policy – Tigro (Kuwait)

At Tigro, we want your toys to reach your little ones quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery.

Where we deliver

We deliver across all governorates of Kuwait. We currently ship within Kuwait only.

Delivery times

• Orders placed before 9:00 PM are delivered the same day, usually within about 5 hours.
• Orders placed after 9:00 PM are delivered the next day.

Delivery times may vary slightly on weekends, public holidays and during peak periods.

Delivery fee

A flat delivery fee of KWD 1.500 is charged per order. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How your order is delivered

1. Place your order and choose your delivery address (or send it as a gift to another address in Kuwait).
2. We confirm and prepare your order.
3. Our delivery team brings it to your door, with updates along the way.
