Return & Refund Policy – Tigro

  1. Return Window
    You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Return Eligibility
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags should be included.

  • Items bought during promotions are eligible for return under the same conditions.


  1. How to Request a Return
  • Email us at order@tigro.app, or use the in-app chat.

  • Please include your order number and a brief reason for return.


  1. Shipping for Returns
  • Customers cover return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect—then Tigro covers return shipping.

  • Use a trackable method; keep your postage receipt.

  1. Refund Process
  • Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval within 7 business days.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days from approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was our mistake.


  1. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace a product, return the original and place a new order.
  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Send a clear photo demonstrating the issue.

  • If verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund—including shipping costs.
